Mark Rashkow is Vice President of Leasing for the Shiner Group. His day to day responsibilities include providing brokerage services on behalf of both tenants and landlords. These responsibilities include the leasing and marketing of The Shiner Group portfolio, as well as, representing retailers such as Card & Party Warehouse, Rec Room Furniture, Home Owner's Buyers Outlet (H.O.B.O.), Grant's Electronics & Appliances, McDonalds, and Boston Market.

Mr. Rashkow began his career in the retail real estate industry in 1994 and eventually came to The Shiner Group from NORMARK Real Estate Services where he was a partner. At the time, he was focused solely on assisting third party Landlords with both new retail developments and the repositioning of older shopping centers.

Mr. Rashkow is a graduate of Rollins College with a degree in psychology.
