Noel Escalona is vice president of leasing for the Shiner Group. His responsibilities include tenant representation, disposition services, land development and managing and the marketing of over 4,000,000 square for Shiner Group retail portfolio.

In addition, Mr. Escalona leases retail portfolios on behalf of third parties such as GE Capital and Morgan Stanley. He is also involved in land acquisition for new developments.

Mr. Escalona came to The Shiner Group from Trammell Crow Company, which he joined in 1992. He represents tenants such as McDonalds, RadioShack, Boston Market, American Chartered Bank, Executive Tans and Cool Cuts 4 Kids. His past clients also included Exxon/Mobil, Quiksilver, Puma, Bang Olufsen, DePaul University, American Whole Health, Michael’s, PetCare Superstores, 7 Eleven, Payless Shoesource and others.

Mr. Escalona, is a graduate of the Loyola University of Chicago with a degree in public accounting, a minor in psychology, and is a certified public accountant. He presently lives in Palatine, IL with his wife Maggie and their two children.
