SHINER GROUP ACQUIRES 2525 N CLARK ST.

Chicago, IL - Shiner Group is excited to announce its acquisition of 2525 N Clark St. in the Lincoln Park neighborhood in Chicago. The mixed use asset is home to three successful and long-term retail tenants—Starbucks, and local favorites Kala Modern Greek and Sultan’s Market. 2525 N Clark also has 12 1-bedroom/studio apartments on the second floor. This acquisition represents Shiner Group’s first apartment acquisition acting as principal. The company plans to continue seeking opportunities to invest in retail/multi-family mixed use projects.

The asset is in an A+ location for both residential and retail. For the retail tenants, the restaurants pull from a walking retail trade area of 25,000 residents, including Depaul University.
